The i-PEN3 series gas measurement system is based on the Airsense Gas Sensor Array Technology (electronic nose). This system has been developed to operate in hostile industrial environments. The industrial standard 19” design of the i-PEN3 (19” euroboard format) allows a very flexible operation under completely different conditions.
The module i-PEN3-MOD is composed by a gas sensor array from different semiconductor sensors, gas pumps, a patented sampling procedure and a serial interface to transfer the data to an external PC.
For special applications this gas measurement system can be delivered with an enrichment unit (i-PEN3-ET). The systems can be adapted quickly and easy for applications in the range of process control. Modifications or special developments are also possible.
